Basic Steps to a Healthier Lifestyle

I hope I can encourage you to take the basic steps to a healthier lifestyle. I will post small paragraphs on a subject so that you are not overloaded with information. Subjects may range from supplements to eco-friendly to workout excercises. Just enough to get you started, just enough to motivate you to learn basic steps to a healthier lifestyle.

Summer is here, start walking, aim for 10,000 steps per day. My physician can't even do this!
Basic Steps: walk 1/2 hour per day and increase to two 1/2 hour sessions per day.
